Report of Women20 activities and results
The Italian W20 Presidency has worked around three pillars: People, Planet and Prosperity with two main requirements: to share quickly what happens at the various meetings and to guarantee that the civil society's position regarding gender issues is recognized.
Managing the W20 Presidency has taught us a lot. The key to success was having an excellent team and a point of view shared by all, together with the desire to give our best. Thanks to all of you for contributing to the success of W20 Italy.
Everything that happened during our work, which will be explained in this Handbook, represents a great experience that made us grow a lot. Within the legacy topics: labor, digital empowerment, entrepreneurship and finance, the health theme is fundamental.
FEMTEC, has in its mission also the theme of promoting prevention and health care through natural therapies (balneology) and complementary medicines, scientifically validated. In this area, thanks to the commitment, as facilitator, of one of its V. Presidents (Prof. Florana Menendez, Cuba), international meetings have been held on the subject of which we have given news on the FEMTEC website:
• The G20 of Women for Gender Medicine
• Femtec presence at the Woman 20 (W20)
• Global Health Summit
