 VIII International Congress "Balneotherapy in Health Resort Treatment and Medical Rehabilitation Programs"
On March 20-21, 2025, Moscow will host the VIII International Congress “Balneotherapy in Health Resort Treatment and Medical Rehabilitation Programs”, held in conjunction with the World Water Day, which was launched by the UN General Assembly in 1992 and is celebrated in all countries annually on March 22.
The celebration reminds us of the value of such an essential natural resource as water and the importance of promoting sustainable management. Eight years ago, the idea of holding the Congress on the platform of the National Medical Research Centre for Rehabilitation and Balneology was inspired by the former President of the World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy (FEMTEC), Director of the Center for Integrative Medicine of the World Health Organization, Professor of the University of Milan Umberto Solimene.
