 Seniors: from prevention to management of chronicity

FORUM promoted by Femtec as support initiative of the WHO Decade "Healthy Ageing" (2021-2030).
Healthy Ageing is one of the great challenges challenges that require the commitment of all stakeholders working in favor of full and sustainable health.
WHO defines healthy ageing as "the process of developing and maintaining the functional ability that enables wellbeing in older age."" Functional ability is about having the capabilities that enable all people to be and do what they have reason to value.
The World Health Organization, well aware of the global importance of this challenge, has launched the ten-year program "Healthy Ageing 2020-2030" with the aim of to bring together governments, society, international agencies, professionals agencies, professionals,academic institutions, the media and the private sector for a decade of cooperation in order to promote a better life for older people, for their families and for the communities in which they live.

The Forum "Seniors: from prevention to the management of chronicity. The role of the Pharmacist" proposes to compare different strategies with a particular focus on the contribution of the pharmacist to ensure a solid condition of well-being psychophysical well-being to all over 60, respecting individual diversity, through education and awareness programs,thus offering a competent supportto quality aging.
This Forum of which FEMTEC,with unconditioned support of Holding Company GUNA) ,has become the promoter is part of the support plans of the of the O.M.S. program and represents the first Italian Italian event. In consideration the great role of Balneology for prevention,cure and rehabilitation Femtec is planning and international event on this topic and connected with the decade "Healty Ageing" promoted by WHO.
